Designed for secure AI-assisted
project workflows
SpecFlow AI is being built with controlled access, secure document handling, activity history and responsible AI usage in mind.
Security Principles
Built with security in mind
Workspace-based access
Projects are organized in isolated workspaces with controlled access boundaries.
Role-based permissions
Define who can view, edit and export documents within each workspace.
Controlled document processing
Documents are processed within secure environments with audit trails.
Activity visibility
Track who accessed, edited or exported documents in your workspace.
Human review by design
AI outputs are designed for human review before sharing or implementation.
Secure cloud foundation
Built on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
Responsible AI
Human review by design
SpecFlow AI is designed to assist project teams with documentation, planning and analysis. Generated outputs should be reviewed, edited and approved by users before being shared with clients or used for delivery decisions.
Important note
SpecFlow AI does not replace business analysts, project managers, technical leads or legal review. It supports teams by accelerating documentation and surfacing questions, risks and structure.
Cloud infrastructure roadmap
Built on Amazon Web Services
SpecFlow AI is being built as a secure cloud-based AI workspace for document processing, project analysis and structured specification generation. The product roadmap includes scalable file storage, AI-powered document workflows, background processing, secure user workspaces and enterprise-ready monitoring.
Planned AWS services include Amazon S3 for file storage, Amazon RDS for structured data, AWS Lambda or Amazon ECS/Fargate for backend processing, Amazon CloudFront for content delivery, Amazon Bedrock for future AI workflows, AWS CloudWatch for monitoring and AWS IAM for secure access management.
